At I’m Happy Promise, we take pride in carefully processing and shipping every order. Please review the following policies before placing your order.
Order Processing & Shipping
- All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
- If you entered the wrong size, address, or order information, and did not contact us before your order was processed, we are not responsible for those mistakes once the order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the mistake was on our end (e.g., wrong item, wrong size, or damaged product received).

To be eligible for a return due to an error on our part, the product must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with all tags still attached
- Any claims for incorrect or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at imhappypromise@gmail.com
